Greg Reverdiau
Lead Aviation Instructor
Greg Reverdiau is the founder of Pilot Institute and one of the most recognized aviation educators in the world. A commercial airline pilot with thousands of flight hours, Greg has trained over 300,000 students globally through his FAA-aligned online courses. His partnership with TKACZ brings world-class aviation education directly to Zambian youth, giving them access to the same curriculum trusted by pilots across six continents.

Imasiku Ignatious Muhau
Co-Founder & Program Director
Imasiku Ignatious Muhau is the co-founder and driving force behind TKACZ. Born and raised in Zambia, Imasiku recognized the gap in aviation exposure for young Zambians and set out to change it. With a deep passion for aviation and youth development, he has built TKACZ from the ground up — forging partnerships with international training providers, organizing airport tours, and creating pathways for Zambian youth to pursue aviation careers.

Flight Operations Advisor
Flight Operations & Mentorship
We are actively recruiting an experienced flight operations professional to join the TKACZ team. This role will support our simulation programs, airport tour coordination, and mentorship of youth participants interested in commercial aviation careers. If you are a licensed pilot passionate about youth development, we would love to hear from you.
RC Design & Technology Lead
STEM Education & RC Engineering
We are seeking a STEM educator or engineer to lead our RC Design & Technology Competition program. This role involves designing curriculum, mentoring student teams, and coordinating competition events. Candidates with backgrounds in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or STEM education are encouraged to apply.
